The Sensitivity of a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) plays a very important role in wireless Communication. The Radio Frequency (RF) and Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is essential in amplifying required high frequency RF signal without distortions and other impairments which would decrease the usefulness of the signal. This paper therefore introduces design of a LNA receiver sensitivity of -121.84dBm in a two-stage Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) amplifier at 2.2GHz. The Sensitive LNA design has a gain of 12dB, taking into consideration the various noise levels for these design and the system remains unconditionally stable.
